Christchurch born and raised, Jack brings a calm, steady presence to the team. He works closely with the highly experienced team at Griffioen under brand owner Caleb Griffioen, supporting every stage of each campaign — from hosting viewings to helping buyers feel informed and comfortable. Jack’s entry into real estate was shaped by initiative and a determined work ethic. While completing his certificate, He was working a full-time job while spending his off time reaching out to successful agents, showing up at open homes and auctions to learn the in’s and out’s of the trade and quickly found himself in ongoing conversations with Caleb. When invited to tag along for door-knocking and flyer drops, he jumped in without hesitation — a clear sign of the drive and passion he has for always improving his craft. Friendly, thoughtful, and people-focused, Jack has a knack for picking up on the small details others miss. Outside of work, he’s trying his best to stay in shape via his passions of Football and Jiu Jitsu, which keeps him grounded and helps retain his cool-headed approach to business when things get busy.
