Welcome to a whole new world of real estate! I joined Wendy and her team in September 2026 after completing my real estate license in 2025– The traditional model of real estate is changing and my goal to be part of something fresh and relevant was behind my decision to join Welcome Real Estate. I’m excited to working with such an experienced agent, who is well established in the local area. About me: I moved to Nelson from England in 2011, where I had a ten-year career in legal support. I’ve had a busy time of it since I arrived here. I initially completed my BComm through NMIT and then started two businesses locally in Stoke, initially The Garden Window (since sold) and more recently Greenmeadows Café. It’s been a really busy but enjoyable time getting to know so many of the local people and hearing all their stories. Like most people I have a strong interest in real estate. The skills I’ve picked up through my training and work experience leave me well placed to transfer into the industry. I’m looking forward to developing the social connection aspects of my current role by helping people achieve their reach estate goals in the next stage of their lives. I look forward to meeting you!
